Ward Automation Employees Receive Awards at IT Sligo Graduation
We are very proud of our hard working team at Ward Automation. Two engineers have received top awards at the recent graduation at I.T. Sligo.
Pat Small received the award for the highest grade in Bachelor of Engineering in Precision Engineering and Design, Level 8. Pat completed a yearlong work placement at Ward Automation in the 4th year of his degree course at Sligo I.T. and he recently started his new role as Graduate Design Engineer at Ward Automation.
Cathal Gorman, a controls engineer at Ward Automation received the award for the highest grade in the Bachelor of Engineering in Mechatronics, Level 7 Online, sponsored by Ballina Beverages.
Ward Automation also sponsored the award for the Bachelor of Engineering Hons in Mechatronics, Level 8 (Full-Time) which was won by Al Moatasem Al Hadhrami.
John Ward attended the graduation to present the award to Al. He said “We promote a culture of learning throughout Ward Automation and further training of staff is an important part of this. I am delighted for Pat, Cathal and Al on their achievements at Sligo I.T.”
