Product testing and inspection is a critical part of any manufacturing process. Our engineers have vast experience in designing and building custom test equipment to ensure product meets the correct specifications. This equipment can be standalone cells or integrated into our larger automation processes.
We have an in-house team of skilled and highly qualified Vision Engineers. We work with the major vision systems manufacturers and specialise in developing state-of-the-art vision solutions for our clients. Applications include:
- Assembly verification & component measurement
- GTIN code inspection for pharmaceutical and medical devices
- Code Reading and grading including OCR/OCV, 2D data matrix and barcodes
- 3D Vision
- UV, NIR, multispectral analysis
Our engineers regularly collaborate with clients to develop test equipment for new products or to integrate existing test methods to allow for high speed automation. Fully integrated systems can carry out 100% in-process testing or AQL sample testing.

Qualification and Validation
All equipment is rigorously tested in-house, our procedures and documents are based on GAMP 5. With dedicated quality departments on both our sites, we can support our customers through their entire qualification and validation process, from placement of order through to the start of production.
Comprehensive technical documentation is supplied with our equipment which provides the client with the necessary information for operating, troubleshooting and maintenance of the equipment.
